This is an order request. Our team confirms current stock, product variants, prices, currency, any delivery charges and the total before payment. No payment is taken on this website. Sending a request does not reserve stock or confirm an order.
For trade quantities or stocking our ranges, contact us about becoming a stockist.

Collection: no delivery fee. Confirm the collection point and availability before travelling.

*Bike estimates apply to suitable small orders up to 10 kg. Vehicle estimates apply to orders over 10 kg up to 100 kg, including large food bags. Packaging and bulky items may require a vehicle even below 10 kg. Bulk orders, unknown pack weights, longer routes and locations outside Harare need an individual quote.
Checkout estimates use the upper distance in each band. Our team confirms the route, vehicle suitability and final fee from your address before payment. These are Vetreality planning rates, not a live courier quote. Reviewed 10 October 2026.

Your details
The website saves basket product selections, variants and quantities in this browser so you can return to them. It does not save checkout names, phone numbers, addresses or map pins in browser storage. Use the Remove buttons to clear basket selections.
Details entered in an enquiry are included in a WhatsApp draft when you continue. Review the draft before sending. Once you send, your information is shared with Vetreality through WhatsApp to handle your request. Email enquiries are shared through your email provider.
Optional address and map tools
Address suggestions are available only at guest checkout and are off until you enable them. When enabled, the address or landmark you type is sent to Photon, a third-party search service using OpenStreetMap data. You can leave suggestions off and type your address manually.
Opening the map loads Leaflet from unpkg and map tiles from OpenStreetMap. These services receive network requests, which may include your IP address and the map area viewed. Device location is requested only when you select Use my current location and permit access. Reviewing a pin in Google Maps opens Google’s service.
The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts. External services handle their requests under their own terms and privacy practices.
No customer sign-in is required. Order requests are handled through WhatsApp or email. Email and SMS verification codes are not available yet. Saved customer profiles, addresses and order history are not available yet. Help with an order
If an item arrives damaged, appears incorrect, or you want to discuss a cancellation or return, contact us with your order details and relevant photos. Our team will discuss the issue and the available next steps. Confirm applicable arrangements with us before purchase.
